I enjoyed this film. I can see where some might find issues with it and dislike it and that's ok. But the hate that it's getting from critics is absolutely ludicrous and completely undeserved. The "professional" people writing these reviews must have really high standards if they're giving this movie a 15% on Rotten Tomatoes. That's just insane. Yes, the CGI isn't great, and the plot isn't the best ever but like...who cares? Just like Venom the movie isn't supposed to be some MCU level box office hit like Spider-Man or a director's beautiful creative vision like with The Batman. This movie is a fun ride that is really enjoyable to watch and that is really all it needs to be. People these days need to stop being so uptight and let loose every once and a while. People's standards are way too high now and this movie proves it. If you've got a free day and have nothing else to do, go see Morbius. You might like it. And if you think the movie is bad, that's ok too! At least you can have some nice conversations about it now that you've seen it. But one thing most of us can certainly agree on is that the movie at least deserves more than to be ranked worse than the Super Mario Bros. Movie :)
