Honestly, I never read or even heard of the books at all, and I didn’t know anything about this show when I started watching it, my mom and I were just looking for a new show to watch together and stumbled upon this one night. I wasn’t expecting much since I’m not a huge tv show person, but this series was honestly really good. It was its own unique story with ideas that I haven’t seen portrayed in other media at all. There’s a lot going on, but it’s not hard to follow, and I’d honestly really recommend it as a show to watch with someone because my mom and I really enjoyed commenting on it together. It’s not finished yet but I can say I’ll definitely watch the third season when it does come out, and the ending of season two wasn’t annoying because you didn’t feel like you were left on a cliff hanger or anything. Overall, I recommend! :)
