This film is like a southern right of passage. This move came out the year my baby sister was born and I've seen it about 100 times. I'm watching again tonight in honor of my mother. It's her birthday and every time I watched it was with her. For 1991 they did such a great job and conveying the story line. The oyster story and ducks in the lake in Georgia🖤🖤
