Barbara Rost

I have not read the book but I have been watching the programs hosted by the two physicians who wrote this book. I am a retired PA with twenty years of experience and twenty seven years of nursing experience. I feel that we mid level practitioners have not had enough clinical education or supervised clinical experience to practice medicine at all without supervision. We are Not ready after graduation to start working. We need a residency in primary care which is a difficult specialty. We are Not ready after only a four year or five year Masters program.
