The cast is awful. It's not about looks but none of the cast resemble the originals but will smith one does ish not. Will was not the star of the original Prince of Bel Air Carlton was. In fact the original cast was all funny. This cast look and act boring.it likes will Smith has got together with his family and done there own red table version of Prince of Bel Air. There own version of what Hollywood is like for black people. It shows just how out of touch they are now with there own black people. The show is cringing.also there is no diversity amongst the black cast they all look to young and all come from the same place.black people come from all over the world not from just one part of Africa. I'm black. Very disappointed in show it nothing new to offer. I say leave the original alone your spoiling a legacy. This show is just reinforcing stereotypes that the original tried to breakdown. Meaning the original show celebrated being black in all its glory. There is no one way to be black . And catlton was the flag holder for this.
