Courts are failing to dispense justice for media trials,true , but unfortunate.The film has tried to unveil the ground truth which we some times come across.However the film clarifies the definition of rape under section 375 IPC .It says any of the two if committed constitute rape i.e against the will And without consent.Here the so called rape victim,has although consent,had no willingness as she consented to the intercourse with a plan to take revenge.so the act was done against her will.so rape is committed.Correct finding a of both courts.
