I started watching Beauty and the Beast about a month ago (May 2020) as we hunkered down in response to the Pandemic. I had never heard of the series nor was I aware it existed. I stumbled upon it on Netflex. I think its intoxicating and utterly beautiful. I am a Law and Order person because the characters are layered and complex, and so real. While BATB is different, the characters too are layered and you find yourself investing in them. I love the slow, deliberate development of the characters particularly how the love story unfolded between Cat and Vince. Additionally, all of the other characters including Tess, JT and Heather can and do stand on their own. I'm so excited about the show. How do we encourage them to develop Series 5.
