This novel packs plenty of wisdom.

Probably one of the most important books written on the topic of how our current system, where the rich get richer and the poor are stuck, is going to continue so long as the rich keep their influence in everything, especially politics. It also exposes how the solutions the rich have supported are ultimately selfish and don't really address the root causes of things that can drive real change. Namely, tax the rich more, invest equally, remove legacy admissions and other such programs that favor mostly the rich. Level the playing field overall.

This was, unexpectedly, as insightful it was engaging and entertaining. I can't do it justice other than by recommending everyone to take a few hours to read the book if even remotely interested. There are gems in there about life, parenting, society, racial issues, ineffective government, and more. One of the best books I've read.
