Why Edison is changing me twice and I sent two money orders on 2/10/2024 .
I have talk to one of there customer service person and she act like she didn’t work there and she keeps saying I owe 13.84 and told no I don’t I sent both money order on the same day . I have cancer and I got so upset because she keeps saying I need to pay the 13.84 that I sent to them already.
This happened to me couple of times and yes I understand they are busy but making more payments to Edison and the employees don’t double check if there’s one or two money orders . Someone is pocket everyone’s other money order.
That’s just sad we are hurting too by keeping above water just like a worker some of us are retired.
But being in this mess every time there employees don’t double check and thinking our bill is the amount it should be isn’t the same and to note I’m in the low income care discount.
It’s not a discount care to me if Edison isn’t looking closely to there employees.
Reminder I sent two money orders on 2/10/2024
So for now on sending two money orders copy’s with the money orders.
We all not going to struggle if some of the Edison employees aren’t being fair with the customers ..
