Naniwe Ramatsoi

My name is Naniwe Ramatsoi. I read Letlapa's book, child of this soil, a touching rendition of his journey into exile and his experiences. It was an arduous re-discovery and learning away from home. His prison experiences in neighboring countries must have enlarged his experience of life in jail in other countries but the cook in Guinea seemed to be a vile men who carried his own failures to his work. I think all of them in that group revered and respected Height, their trainer. He seems to have picked up all of the multifold lessons in weaponry, name or type of machine, assembling it, loading and discharging and i can attribute this skill to the intelligent mind of youth. It is a pity that pack is in a minority in SA maybe under them we could be taking a different perspective of life.
