I have been waiting for a year when Scream VI was greenlit by Paramount and I went to the movie theater alone and I saw it four days ago, I'm not gonna lie, it was the best sequel from a requel without the "star of the show". It was great having Gale, Kirby, Sam, Tara, Chad and Mindy back and a new killer targeting them. I was suspecting it was Ethan, because he had the "killer" written all over his forehead, that's what Randy said when he told Stu when he was at the video store. I didn't miss Sidney at all when I was watching Scream VI, I thought they would have her written out of the script. I was surprised when the Killers in New York City turned out to be scarier than the last movie, I was impressed with Laura as the opening kill, when I saw that the Killer was one of her students, Jason, I begin to think "that wasn't supposed to happen, the killer never takes off the mask at the start of the movie" and when I was hearing he and his boyfriend, Greg were obsessive fans of Richie Kirsch, it made a lot of sense. His motives were lame, the attacks were brutally great. When I found out from Wayne that each Ghostface mask that was left behind at the crime scene had DNA of past killers from past installments and I started liking it. I was surprised to see Kirby again, when I saw her, I was impressed she was gonna replace Sidney and when Sam knew her and I remembered that they were studying in Woodsboro High School in 2011, back when Jill Roberts and Charlie Walker were Ghostface. I didn't believe that Gale lied to Sam that she wasn't gonna write about the 2022 Woodsboro Legacy Attacks, I thought she was gonna write about Dewey and when Sam confronted her, that was sick burn. I was shocked to see the shrine of the items and the costumes that belonged to the previous movies, like Billy Loomis, Stu Macher, Nancy Loomis, Mickey Altieri, Roman Bridger, Jill Roberts, Charlie Walker, Amber Freeman and Richie Kirsch. At first, I didn't bought when Wayne said Kirby was the killer, I didn't expected for Wayne and Quinn to be Ghostface along with Ethan, that Bailey wasn't their family name, then when I figured out that it was Kirsch, I didn't believe that Richie's dad and Richie's siblings were taking revenge on Sam for killing him, it was similar to Scream 2 when Nancy was seeking revenge on Sidney for killing her son. I was afraid I would lose Gale, Mindy and Chad, but when I heard that they survived the attacks, I was happy that they made it. When Ethan stabbed Kirby in the same location from Charlie in the fourth movie, that made me mad and I was cheering Kirby when she threw the TV that killed Stu in his head. I was cheering on Sam for putting on her dad's mask and robe to kill Wayne, she and Tara were my favorites and I screamed of happiness when she stabbed Ethan in the mouth. When I was watching the credits and saw the Killer cleaning the blood from the knife like in the last movie, I begin to think "we're gonna get a Scream VII", I hope to see Gale, Kirby, Sam, Tara, Chad, Mindy and Danny come back. I didn't expect to see Billy again, but I was so excited.
