Terrible. Broke my tv, lost items, chipped wood out of the steps the whole way up, hole in the wall, then held me hostage for a tip saying they’d charge me an extra hour if I didn’t. Also got charged double the estimate for the “pro-rate.” These guys didn’t even have tools he had to use my screwdriver? What kind of pro doesn’t have a screwdriver? Complete joke and terrible customer service.
