All the haters complaining about the CGI of the opening sequence must have had Harrison Ford steal their pacifiers or stand up their mamas as a baby! If that's all you got then stop trying to sound smarter than you are, it's not working. Only Harrison Ford can play this character and he brings it home! You'll experience Indy in his 80's and thats okay. Isn't that what we all wanted? The story opens up, looking for that old Indy humor and view of the world and gives us insight on Indy that reminds us he is human. Ignore the bashing and selfserve insults. They're only trying for recognition. Well worth your money!

The action scenes are so outlandish they're beyond the point of being even plausible. Jason Mamoa's character was a bad imitation of Heath Ledgers Joker. He's too cheesy, not believable at all but that's more because he's a one dementional actor and they asked him to do something he doesn't have the skill-set for. They force-fed older characters with no real context or purpose of why they're in the film. Really no need for a part II to follow this one. We'll all sleep just fine. The lucky one out of all this is Cena. He got killed so he doesn't have to appear any further, or will he? I don't think anyone dies, they just come back a few movies later. And the copycat James Bond style song during the credits......oh my. This movie tries so desperately to be something it's not. I watched it for free on Peacock and still feel I was ripped off. Buyer beware on this one.
