Its decent and a step up from Suicide Squad but after a strong first act the second and third take a major hit. I'm not sure if the female empowerment thing was a success as all I saw were comic book panels in real time but props where it's due. Unfortunately the characters not portrayed by Margot Robbie and Ewan McGregor were forgettable and needed more time to be fleshed out. I cannot give a 3.5 stars but 4 was closer than 3 for posterity.
I did notice a strong sense of feminism here and even the anti man stuff but it's a team of killer women what were you expecting. Still I dont like the divisive message this sends and hope that others can stomach it if they choose to watch it.
