This game was beautiful in every single way. I completely understand the criticisms of this game, most of them are completely valid. However, I do not believe that the criticisms outweigh just how heartfelt and touching this story is. I hate that people will dismiss True Colors strictly based off of the fact that it isn't LiS or LiS2 (both amazing games) because it is such a unique story.
The graphics and environments are gorgeous, I loved the soundtrack, all of the characters are so lovable and I greatly enjoyed getting to know them, getting to know Alex and her story was a pleasure, and there are a lot of very hard hitting and unforgettable moments in this game. My only actual criticism for this game is that I wish it was longer; it is about the same length as BTS if not a little longer. I also do suggest waiting to buy the game until the price drops or playing it on Game Pass if that is an available option to you.
Overall, Life is Strange: True Colors is a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, heartwarming and equally heartbreaking video game. Truly an enjoyable and fun experience, 10/10, definitely recommend.
