It really bring stuff back to me ,I am Brenda Shelton Green, Was remember all the stuff My Mom and Dad would fight about it was always church. .My grandparent sold their home and gave it to the church .Mom and Dad bought a car not from Johnny Burnett, got rebuked over that and Alway afraid to go or not to go. Was forced to buy grocery from Johnny. Stores in luttrel.And I remember the hair spray and not shaving your legs. Alway on the women. Never on the men.Just Bad Memories!!!!! Great book passing it on to family members
