His furry buddy looks just like my dog, the biggest reason I love this film. There are a couple scenes though that make me sad. Ironically NOT the scenes where the main character exhibits the absolute worst example of toxic masculinity, but when he is arguing with his dog. Sure, in the film, the dog can talk and think better than basically any human, but the actor (dog) flinches every now and then when Don Johnson is yelling at him. It makes me sad to see the dog flinch. I know I am a big baby.
