Very good character development. Main relationship developed is between Paul and his parents. Talso the main conflict between the emperor and house Harkonen is established. The plot pacing is just right, not rushed. Ended at a good place. The casting was spot on, very well performed all around. The only puzzling thing was why did he kill the guy at the end when I thought he was going to be his mentor. Anyway I'm looking forward to the second installment when it comes out.
