Playing on PC.
Went from level 50 plus 80 something guardian rank to level 23. Lost all my legendaries, all my skins, everything. This is beyond frustrating. I literally have a headache because I'm so mad. Gearbox, fix your damn game. I don't even want to play anymore because this isn't the first time it happened. First time, I lost all my shift keys, but I didn't mind that much because I was a low level. Now, I got reset back to level 23 and have to beat the game another time. To anyone planning on playing this game extensively, do yourselves a favor and turn off cloud saves in the Epic Games launcher... What a waste of time and money. I bought this game for 119$ and all I got from it was a bit of fun until it decided that my game save would disappear forever. Thanks a lot.
