I apply the principles in all my interactions and the results are immediate. I realized how much I was pushing people away didn't even realized it at the time. Now I tend to rate other on their interactions and measure myself against them. Most people even those in very influential roles still have a lot to learn. I can never go back to what I used to be, it's not an option.
