I acknowledge that the reviews on this movie are very bad for reasons that are beyond me. Nevertheless, I must say this was the conclusion to Star Wars I have been dreaming of since the fruition of the Disney SW trilogy. I’m someone who hated what Arian Johnson did with the second part of the trilogy completely abandoning everything that was set up in The Force Awakens. Although, I can see that it appears to be back peddling on The Last Jedi, and what Rian Johnson did, it does so in the most magnificent way making the conclusion everything I wanted to see in the finale. Basically, Everything that Rian Johnson did by “defying expectations” and making “a new approach to Star Wars” was thankfully abandoned. Thank you JJ Abrams
