Being a HUGE Queen fan and even more of a Freddie Mercury fan, I had known a lot about him before I watched this movie. This movie reflects on Mercury's life in a way that is joyful and melancholy, and I LOVED IT. Rami Malek is an amazing Freddie Mercury, and the great plot and awesome soundtrack make this movie one of the best I have ever watched. If there was a way to give a movie two thumbs up, this one would get three thumbs up. I would recommend this to any fan of Queen, and literally anyone else. The world needed this movie. I know some people have said that the timing of some stuff is wrong, and yes, there are timeline mistakes. BUT this movie is amazing anyway. Any true Queen fan who would notice the mistakes in the movies will also realize that this movie is a wonderful tribute to Freddie Mercury's life. If you are very picky about timelines going exactly as they would have in real life, this might not be for you. Otherwise, watch this movie. It is SOOO good.
