I love all of it. It’s a different iteration from the original which it never purported to be a continuation of. This story takes the books and expands in a different direction. The chemistry between Liz and Max is undeniable and I am loving the Michael and Alex story. I can’t wait to see how they expand Maria’s character and I’m also loving the fact that the Valenti‘s are in the mix with a different spin on their characters. If you’re watching the show expecting a continuation of the original show you’re in the wrong place. If you’re looking at the show with fresh eyes and as a retelling of the books with a modern spin to it then I think you’re in the right place.
