Maybe I’m a pushover, but I really am inspired by this story. I’ve been to Nepal and this seemed very authentic. Sadly she endured many years of abuse from George. Another hidden secret so few hear about. Domestic violence. Lhakpa preserved and has led a life few could imagine. But then she’s a Sherpa, born into that culture.

I just began recently watching this on Netflix, they only have season 7 and beyond. I sure wonder how great those first 6 seasons are. Jack and Lisa ? I won’t reiterate what Ana wrote, she pinpointed it all so well. Loving having many episodes to watch. Excellent.

Crazy but I really enjoyed the show. In fact, I binged watched it. The acting is all good, especially Teresa, Sofia, amd Oleg. Sure it’s not realistic, amd I did close my eyes not to watch Gorey scenes, but I enjoyed it a lot.

Enjoying the mini-series, I like how it shows that hallucinative shrooms can be healing when done properly.
