Throughout the whole movie, I was so thrilled that I got to see it in theaters. The experience is so good. The producers are literally taking animation to the next level, with its vibrant colours that they made to stand out in everything, even explosions! I love how there were so many other spider men. I love the action and the humour. Throughout the film I was locked in. It was pretty disappointing that we had to wait a little longer for this movie, but it came very fast if you think about it. Its June today and the first movie came out 5 years ago. Can you believe it? I always think about that because of the cliffhanger they left us with at the end. Beyond the Spider-Verse will come in no time. I understood the time and effort they put in for these movies. Me presonally, my favourite character was Hobie Brown, just like everybody else. He's such a cool, chill guy. He had me happy to see him help Miles. He only had over 5 minutes of screen time, but still, that was enough for me to like him already. I love the fact that they turned some goofy, inexperienced villain to a threat to the multiverse.
The soundtrack for this movie is a 10/10 for me. Miguel O'Hara aka Spider Man 2099's entry scene was epic and gave me goosebumps.
The things that make this movie unique is
The animation style and how there are different variations of it.
The action scenes
The scenes that made us feel for the characters
The storytelling
This is truly one visually-striking spectacle.
There's only one problem I had with this movie. It's the woke messages. I felt like it was unnecessary to put on Gwen's wall 'protect trans kids', but I wasn't surprised since its Marvel, which is owned by Disney. Another example is that they made Jessica Drew to be pregnant. In my opinion, I think its pretty subjective.
But, overall, this is an outstanding and exciting film that will have on the edge of your seat. I reckon this movie is suitable for teenagers. I cannot wait to see Beyond the Spider-Verse next year.
