I did a lot of research about the oceans, sea lives, fishing, and the fishing industry before Seaspiracy was made. I was astounded at the level of detail and accuracy presented in this fantastic documentary. It was great to see of my favorite people, Dr. Sylvia Earle, in this movie. She stated many years ago that she ate an entirely plant-based/vegan diet, and again confirmed that in Seaspiracy. The human-caused destruction of the oceans and sea lives is TRAGIC. As Dr. Earle says, "No blue, no green," meaning if we continue our current trajectory, we will empty the seas of fish and destroy the oceans. THERE IS HOPE: Embrace and entirely plant-sourced diet! Delicious, healthy, and unlimited variety. For our health, the planet, and for all those with whom we must learn to share the Earth!
