A great album but it’s lacking something. You have these big singles and these great supporting songs but then the album falls apart after “Unusual You.” The song is beautiful and is unique despite it’s common theme. But the songs following it are not so stellar to listen to and, to me, does not complete the album. It sounds experimental and different but it tries to hard at being different. It’s just a bunch of noise and random ballads in the middle of hard hitting pop songs. (My Baby is so weirdly place?) and Rock Me In sounds like a camp rock song. And Mannequin is plain awful. The album starts strong but has a weak ending. Phonography is a great song though! (I think it’s part of the deluxe version?) Womanizer is my favorite, those melodies are so catchy and addictive! And Radar is a good song! It was so good; they put it in two albums! Lol

Amazing! Her first and ONLY story-driven album. You’ll feel like your in a dream while listening to this album. My favorites are “Man On the Moon,” “Swimming In the Stars” and “Slumber Party.” There are some questionable songs but I believe they work well within the concept of the album. Also, this is only her second album without a big single leading the tracklist. Isn’t that crazy to think about? Only Britney Jean and this one have that feat. I recommend listening to this album first before listening to any of her post-blackout albums as this one is a bit different and is likely more similar to her future works (hopefully her 10th album comes out soon!)
