I really enjoyed the show, but it bothered me in the second episode that the alleged abuse of the father of the 10 year old daughter was glossed over. I would have liked to have seen more follow up on whether there were actual injuries identified rather than just hearing the judge say he wanted her back with her father and the police saying the alleged abuse clearly meant nothing. We know how difficult family law can be, and they judges don't always get it right.
