The first film was a masterpiece. It made you feel for The Joker. Sympathised for the tortured soul he was. The sequel was a musical joke. It missed the mark so much there can’t have been a mark. The opportunity missed in this film is epic. Such a let down.

Found this book to be a real hard slog. Thanks very wordy on details that felt superfluous eg sooooo long on people learning how to ride a bike or a non characters bathroom. Can see why they cut the book down for the film. Also the need to say Homer Wells constantly instead of Homer. As if there was the need to differentiate between two Homers (which there wasn’t). Also seeing Rose Rose over and over made my head hurt.
I’ll stick with the film.

Absolutely terrible. Worst film I have ever watched. Wish I had walked out instead of suffering it hoping it would get better. I should have known from the start due to the “edgy” camera angle.
So slow paced. Art for arts sake. Just so bad. Don’t waste your money tag the cinema. It is NOT the new Silence of the Lambs as proclaimed. Horrendous acting.
I want to give it a zero star but it won’t allow me.
