I just saw it. Very interesting take on it. It's not meant to be like the original. Just another universe with a different Shelly and Eric. Just like any other Crow movie, or book. Too many people are comparing it to the original. It's not fair to those of us that can see past the past.

Me and my boys just saw it. My sons just wanted to watch it without knowing anything about Rambo. I made them, over a period of time, watch the first four Rambo movies so they could get a good feel for the character. They love Rambo. This movie just made it stick even more. We were blown away by this homage to good ol' fashion 80/90s action flick. With just a bit more blood and guts routine. Everything about this movie solidifies Sylvester Stallone as an Action movie Icon. Know one could've done it better. I don't who these"critics"are that bash an Action movie for being an Action movie but they need the stick removed from up there a$$. Who have to pick it apart piece by piece because it's not in line with what the world is today. They gotta throw politics in it, racism, sexism, age discrimination, etc. "Millennials"gotta play the offended-by-everything card because it's to graphic or to real. Or it demeans sex trafficking. Don't mock the bad guys for doing bad things that real bad guys do in real life that harm real people. What is wrong with the world? It's a big action movie with a big action star doing what he does best....RAMBO! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I don't what all this negativity is towards this movie is. This movie has everything you need in a superhero movie. I personally loved it! Being a fan of comics for over 30yrs and counting, this movie doesn't disappoint when it comes to comic book movies. Great characters, great acting, great visual effects, great everything. The surprise ending was especially delightful. I choose DC over marvel anytime. WW84 is another DC movie you don't wanna miss.
