I am done with this show. I have put up with this program since the beginning but it has become intolerable to watch any more. The constant rehashing of information, previous scenes, flashbacks, meetings with the Brotherhood that are filled with outlandish theories, pointless digging in a swamp to discover rocks and bits of wood makes for a presentation that barely contains any evidence of progress toward the premise of the show, finding treasure on Oak Island. It has become a soap opera that drags on endlessly. Years ago I, naively ,thought this would be a real exploration and there were some flashes of that but looking back it is now apparent it just a tv "show" with or no substance toward really solving this mysterious tale. I am sure the team can find all the nails, buttons, scraps of wood and rocks on the island with the advanced technology on the show. I am no longer convinced that finding the treasure is has never been the point of the program. Is it a coincidence that viewers are left with a cliffhanger last episode at the end of the season? It is your show, carry-on without me.
