Shahenshah was the most awaited movie of 1988 as it was Amitabh Bachchan's film coming after almost 2 years since his Last Superhit movie AAKHREE RAASTA. Movie was full masala with great action and music. 3 songs picturized on 'Extremely Beautiful & Gorgeous Meenakshi Seshadri' were Simply Superb and movie's highlight💃 Tinnu Anand gave 3 Hit movies as Director with Amitabh 1. Kaalia 2. Shahenshah 3. Major Saab👍 Amitabh-Meenakshi jodi looked very good. Just for records: Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan are the only Superstars in history of Indian Cinema. Period. Fans thronged to theatres only to See them perform. Rajesh Khanna gave 17 hit movies in a row from 1969 to early 1972. It's a Unique Record👌 Amitabh Bachchan's all movies released between 1973 to 1992 were hits as successful Re-runs in theatres ensured huge profits for producers and distributors. This was a very well made movie by Rajkumar Santoshi. Strong script, good dialogues and great performances by all actors including Tusshar Kapoor. Amitabh, Akshay, Ajay and Aishwarya were Superb. This movie was a Hit at box office.

No doubt this was one of the Greatest Movies ever made by anyone. Performancewise Rakhee Gulzar was undoubtedtly Best. Dilip Kumar did a memorable role and Amitabh was simply superb. The scene where all 3 are in one frame the performances is unforgetable. Smita Patil had a small role but very good. Dilip Kumar's performance during Rakhee's death scene was mind blowing No one can ever replace Dilip Kumar or Amitabh Bachchan. Great Actors. Direction of Ramesh Sippy was of the Highest Quality. One more classical film written by the Great Salim-Javed duo. Not to be missed.

Amitabh Bachchan's Superhit Blockbuster movie of 1986. It is an Action Revenge Drama but Not a Masala Movie. Perfomances by all actors is superb. Jaya Prada and Sridevi looked extremely beautiful and acted very well. Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Bharat Kapoor, Viju Khote, Dalip Tahil have also acted very well. Best and most difficult performance is of Anupam Kher and he is BRILLIANT. Amitabh Bachchan is double role is Superb. Direction by K Bhagyaraj is too good. Overall, a very slickly made movie with great performances and brilliant direction. BLOCKBUSTER MOVIE👍

In early 1980's all Amitabh Bachchan movies were successful, many of them were Super Successful even with a poor script and over acting of Amitabh Bachchan. Khud-daar was one movie which did Superb business. Thanks to good songs, excellent music and memorable performances by all actors specially by Sanjeev Kumar. Amitabh-Parveen Babi pair was Best and Super Successful

Brilliant performances by Swini Khara, Tabu and Amitabh Bachchan (in this order). Good story and direction by R Balki. What Amitabh could not do in his younger days, he did it post Year 2000 by playing variety of brilliant roles. Tabu is one of the best actress we have in India and she is terrific in this movie as well. Great movie to watch. Super Hit.

This movie was presented beautifully with great sets, superb performances, stunning action sequences and good direction by Shri Ramesh Sippy. 2 scenes were picturized beautifullly 1. When Sunil dutt's car is trapped 2. Dog chase scene of Sunil Dutt. Music by Pancham da was great with all melodious songs and great background music. Parveen and Bindiya Goswami looked Gorgeous. Shaan was Biggest Blockbuster movie of 1980. Successful re-runs ensured big profits at box office for the film makers. Andaz, Seeta Aur Geeta, Sholay, Shaan, Shakti and Saagar were Superhit movies directed by Shri Ramesh Sippy.
