I just began watching this series. This family is something LOTS of people should watch. The up/downs of this family shows the evils as well as the blessings of financial gain. The differences in siblings, and how the parents deal with them all. You also see where "The sins of the fathers" came from. The imperfections of the father's. earlier lifestyle / decisions are revisited in their children as well as Generational differences. Through it all they seem to always regroup and come together even stronger!!!!!!

I hate the way Kate speaks to her husband. She's CONTROLLING, STUFFY, MEAN,and ABUSIVE!!!!! Her tendency toward OCD makes her voice harsh and cutting. John ( her husband,) Is treated like the 9th child. It's very hard to watch!!!!!!!!

Some of these immature, selfish, unplugged couples will NEVER understand what it feels like to lose a spouse until it's brought RIGHT DOWN FRONT!!!! I wish I could share the Burning, Fiercely Final , Pain there is when that person is NO LONGER there and there's NO HOPE in HELL of getting them back. My Beautiful Husband passed after 20 short years. As of today he's been gone almost 9 years, and the pain is just as Real now as it ever was. Bootcampers, take this chance seriously. DEATH is more FINAL than you believe!!!!!
