A slow burner that is worth every second.

The story itself is fictional and drawn from the 1983 coming-of-age novel of the same name by Walter Tevis, who died in August of 1984. Absolutely brilliant story. Loved every episode of it.

A sweet and touching film that reminds us once again just what a magnificent presence Tom Hanks brings to the screen. He is one of the greatest actors of all time and this movie hit me hard.

Loved it. story telling and style is very unique.
