it was riveting to me as I have read many books on church history but had not narrowed down a close study of these reformers. Their lives for the most part were exemplary and reflected what it was to die to self and live to Jesus as they understood the Scriptures. Stunning to see the grace God gave them to suffer for following the dictates of their conscience "held captive to the word of God."

excellent and practical and biblically faithful...There were very many encouraging insights into difficult problems that God resolved using this friendship approach to reconciliation...I highly recommend it for couples who feel like there is no way out for positive change in their dysfunctional ways of living and communicating in their marriage.
