A genuinely warm and easy to read baking book. A mix of bakes from those for the beginner to some desserts for the more seasoned baker. The photographs are unusually beautiful. The mile high apple filo pie is as described, the apples hold their shape and tartness and the filo comes out golden brown and flaky. And the cakes…you can almost taste them from looking at the photos. Will try them over the Christmas season.
I think the book is very reasonably priced as well.
