Clearly Marvel and Disney are pushing the ratings scale with their latest release. I’m SUPER surprised this movie wasn’t given an R rating since it could easily be categorized as a horror/sci-if movie. While it continues an interesting mesh of Marvel, X-Men, and other franchises/storylines, it simply could have-and should have-taken a less demonic track. Let’s be clear, this is NOT a children’s movie. While it has the Marvel/Disney logos, it presents as a mind-bending ride inhabited by demonic, witchcraft, and satanic theming that ultimately ends in suicide. The story could have easily been told a different way and arrive at the same destination. I would not recommend this film for anyone in this universe, or any other.
