Great book! One of Dean Koontz's best. I hesitated starting it because a lot of his books are so darn scary and graphic that I have nightmares. This book has the usual fast paced suspense and horror, supernatural monsters and sociopathic evil doers . But it is overlayed characters who are unexpectedly charming and funny. The reflections on human nature and the quantum nature of the universe were the icing on the cake!
