Waaaaay too hard and cheap. I played this as a kid and loved it. The earliest races you have to replay like 80 times because the CPU goes waay too fast, gets every item it needs all the time. Every race ends with you doing everything perfectly only for the CPU to fly past you at the last second possible. Terrible balancing
