Having watched all Star Trek series, I'm not yet sure about Discovery. It's an ok watch, but my biggest beef is;
What have they done to the Klingons?
Their costumes make them move so stiffly, their facial features dont move at all, and what happened to the luxuriant hair? Martok would turn in his grave.
