Joaquin Phoenix‘s portrayal of the Joker was amazing. Rather than making it another typical superhero movie, this Joker story in my opinion rivals Heath Ledger’s portrayal of the joker. Honestly, I don’t think there needs to a follow up movie, as this story was well told.
