I had high hopes for this movie because I love Mindy Kaling and Emma Thompson so much, but I felt like this movie never really hit its full potential. This movie didnt really show Emma trying to make a change to the show, Rachel McAdams Morning Glory with Diane Keaton and Harrison Ford did a far better job showing the change to their morning show. These two movies felt the same to me minus the MeTwo movement stuff in Late Night with Morning Glory coming out in the lead with more humor, more life and for showing more of a change throughout the show's run. I rate this movie 3/5 Probably never gonna watch it again

This movie could’ve been good with a few changes to the main storyline, it was kinda all over the place and really boring to watch. It’s a one and done sorta movie, I think rotten tomatoes giving it’s a 23% is to generous
