Love the show but what is Officer Kennedy on , Williamson County. TEXAS He's is always what looks like grinding his teeth and sniffing a ton. Out of breath even driving with his eyes going a million miles a hour. Over the top movement and really intense most the time. Hope it's just his own self and not on anything? Officers are drug tested like most other jobs do right?
