Ayy Yoou

SPOILERS!!!! I watched this movie with my friend and I have to say that it was amazing. I enjoyed the characters, and found them interesting, and a bit relatable. I also enjoyed the twist with the UFO actually being a living thing, as that was much creepier than the normal run of the mill smart aliens. The plot was also simple but the way they went about it made it much more. The struggle of capturing it on film without electricity, as well as without getting eaten was obviously a struggle. I'm also happy with two black main characters, along with the lesbian representation given without being a big plot point or a big part of Kiki's character. Overall the movie was very good, and the suspense throughout it was even better.
