The story only really picked up just over halfway through the book. SO worth the wait. Incredible story, unique in alot of ways. Although, despite having spent so much time with the main character Billy, and all the time spent in his back story, I still don't feel as if I know who Billy is. I suppose that could be intentional, in which case bravo. Anyway, before I give too much away, I do recommend this book. The most prominent theme I picked up on is the power of writing, which was demonstrated in such compelling ways throughout. There is a simplicity in the way King writes that truly soothes my soul.
