Simon Sinek's "The Infinite Game" is like a guide for becoming a leader in the real
world. Imagine you're playing a game where the goal isn't just to win and stop but to
keep playing and getting better forever, that's the infinite game story Sinek talks about
how, in life and business, you can either have a short-term mindset or a long-term
mindset. He says the long-term mindset is way more beneficial, and he's got some
examples and experiences to show for it. He shows that having a big, meaningful goal
and working with a team you trust are super important. He talks about real companies
doing this stuff and how it helps them not just survive, but really thrive in the everchanging world. I really like this aspect of the book so the reader can relate everything
he’s saying to the real world. Even though some people might say his ideas are a bit
unrealistic I think it is very realistic for anyone willing to genuinely try it and it’s kind of
like having a positive game plan for life and It will always work in your favor even if you
didn’t’ reach your goals it will have still benefited you greatly. The Infinite Game is an
awesome and very inspirational read, will also help you if you want to learn how to play
the game of life in a way that keeps getting better and better.
