Promised so much, delivered a tiny bit. For instance, they promised there will be good cops and bad cops, which will react differently, and bad ones can start chasing you just for going over speed limit. But in reality there are only 0 iq cops which spawn from nowhere and instantly. Also, in city you will see AI only as pedestrians and/or driving cars. No motorcycles (which is available in game), no hoverboards (hi, 2077), no skateboards, e-scooters, even bicycles. I could go and on, but not worth it. The good thing is graphics, which are great, that's why I gave it 2* instead of 1.

This game is the best game I have ever played and I usually prefer the multiplayer shooters instead of SP games. However, this one is like a book, story is so developed and it unfolds slowly and just like it should be. By the way, NPCs AI is the most realistic I have ever seen. So fun just to spend time in the world without doing quests. Don't you dare to compare it to cyberpunk's where NPCs code consists of 100 lines instead of 100k in RDR 2 :)
