The race track setting is ambitious and moaning about CGI in films of this period is meaningless since it was often less than ideal. This is easily at least a 6. Entertaining, fast moving, and some great deaths,

Total nonsense. This is a dreadful film. Contrived and incomprehensible. Truly awful.
