As a huge fan of the source material, I am immeasurably disappointed at how this game turned out. The controls are sluggish and unresponsive. The the enemy ai is idiotic, with the main challenge coming in the form of unblockable undodgable attacks. The game literally forgets to have animations for enemy attacks so you get hit by enemies who aren't moving, and the story despite being based off a great book, is nonexistent. I thank God this came from xbox gamepass and I didn't pay any money to play it. The only hope is a patch so large it may as well be a re-release.
