This was a beautifully written epilogue and deserves the highest praise. The most difficult decision for an author to make is to kill one of the main characters. However, Veronica Roth was brave enough to make that choice because that was what the story needed.
She was also kind enough to include an epilogue that showed Tobias hurting even five years after the death of Tris, and allowing him to get some closure as well. While the epilogue at the end of Allegiant did a beautiful job in giving Tobias a satisfying ending, he still hadn't moved on.
Tobias will never forget Tris. Even after he begins dating Christina, he still dreams of Tris. But I only have one question to ask the people who hate on this epilogue: Would you rather have Tobias torment himself forever by running through the fear landscape to see his love, or would you rather he gets to live his own life.
Shame on everybody who hates this epilogue. This is a work of art and Divergent lovers should read it.
